SYEP Youth Worker Request Form

The Virginia Beach Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is a positive youth development program that partners with local businesses, agencies, and organizations to provide Virginia Beach youth and young adults ages 16-21 with paid worker experience for 8 weeks of the summer (June 15 – August 5). Prior to starting their job, SYEP Participants are provided up to 20 hours of job skills, workplace readiness and financial empowerment training facilitated by Job Coaches and professionals. Throughout the 8-week program, SYEP participants will gain new experiences, new perspectives and develop future career goals.

The deadline to complete the SYEP Youth Worker Request Form is March 28.
